Our Level 3 Master Team Coaching Certification program extends your skills using the 6 Conditions framework and Team Diagnostic Survey to provide ongoing coaching to teams post-design and (re)launch. The course focuses on mastering interventions for three types of coaching: motivational, strategy, and learning-focused. The roles and presence of a team coach are also explored.
Through this course, participants will be provided with access to 6TC’s online Learning with access to:
- A comprehensive team tools library of master-level team effectiveness interventions.
- Recorded demonstrations of team intervention exercises to enhance your team effectiveness practitioner skills.
- A number of recorded mini-lectures diving deeper into the 6 Conditions framework.
